Q: Where are IDILVICE clothes made?
A: All our garments are carefully hand made in the United States of America. Manufactured by the best seamstresses in Manhattan, New York City where attention is paid to the smallest detail.
Q: What materials does IDILVICE use?
A: IDILVICE uses the finest material available on the market, most frequently used are 100% fine cotton knits, Pima woven shirt cottons, XX-heavy cotton rib knit, cashmere and wool knits, silk satins and taffetas, etc.
Q: What does IDILVICE mean?
A: IDILVICE is the New York based label the Swiss Native designer Idil is designing for. It consists of the designers first name and the word Vice to make it sounds like "Edelweiss"- the famous and rare Swiss mountain flower - but the word Vice also points out that this designers collection is not exactly traditional alpine style!
Q: Are IDILVICE's clothes genuine licensed products?
A: Yes, IDILVICE uses and recycles only original, official and genuine licensed prints on all of her clothing.
Q: Can I special order my specific favorite icon on a clothing piece?
A: Yes, IDILVICE makes custom ordered clothing on request. You can email idil@idilvicefashionrocks.com and ask if there are any prints of your favorite icon available.
Q: What if I need special measurements?
A: IDILVICE also provides special manufacturing to your specific measurements. For more info please email idil@idilvicefashionrocks.com
Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: How long does it take for my order to get processed?
A: IDILVICE items are made to order. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery. If you need an item sooner or on a specific date please contact us to get info on the current delivery schedule, otherwise you will receive a confirmation e-mail before your item is shipped which will be 2 weeks from your payment date.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: IDILVICE charges a flat rate shipping and handling cost for national and international priority/express delivery via USPS. Tracking is included with all shipments and insurance of up to $100 is automatically included for every international package.
Q: What if my item has not arrived after 3 weeks?
A: Please contact us right away to get tracking information: idil@idilvicefashionrocks.com
We keep your mailing records for up to 45 days from the ship date, then they will be archived and eventually destroyed. Although we will make every effort to retrieve your tracking information, we may no longer be able to track and file claim for any lost packages after 45 days. So please if you suspect a package lost, let us know right away!
