IDILVICE items are carefully hand made to order in the U.S.A.
We usually ship within a few days of cleared payment, however sometimes we may need up to 2-3 weeks for delivery.

We offer the following Returns Policy:
IDILVICE thinks you should be 100% happy with your purchase! We offer a Money-Back-Guarantee.
Return the merchandise no later than 7 days after receiving the item (postmarked). You may request a full refund (excluding shipping cost),
exchange (additional postage may be required) or store credit (minus shipping cost). Items returned after the return date may not be
accepted and/or refunded/exchanged. Merchandise must be in original condition. Custom & special orders do NOT qualify for refunds.
